Limewire is conflicting with windows. Had to wipe my hardrive after upgrading to 1.5. Lock ups, errors, complete system failure. Now I decided to try 1.6, as soon as I installed it am I getting bursts of color in my various windows. Winamp is like a rainbow collage and my icons are flashing colors when I move from window to window, worse when limewire is running.
Also lock ups and "delays". I want to use limewire what can I do?
Problems don't go away if I uninstall and restart. Is the java runtime causing this?

I've never heard of this before. What version of Windows are you using? How about your hardware specs?
