help windows xp

I just installed limewire yesterday. I have windows xp with 5 different users all with there own settings.
Limewire is only showing up in my programs. How can I have it show up in every ones progarm files and have an icon on the desk top under all the settings?

In My computer,
Goto C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire 4.x.x .
R-click LimeWire.exe and choose copy to > desktop.
Do this in every account.
