How do you make your songs into a folder [mp3's]

How do you make your songs into a folder, i can't drag it. It use to do that but not anymore. How do i do that now.

You may create a folder using windows explorer. Also using windows explorer you may drag and drop files between folders. Again using windows explorer you may drag folders to new locations.

I don't know why you can't do it the way you used to.

I'm also assuming you posted in the proper forum, since you didn't provide any information.
