![]() Hi Guys, I have tried all the fixes suggested and still no joy. In answer to your points; 1)I am using windows XP-Pro (same as my computer at work) 2)I have Norton internet security 2005 and am using their firewall, I have tried disabling this and using windows but still no joy. 3)I currently have 1gig of ram, will be adding another 1gig soon. 4)I have two large hard drives, C has 160gig free space and D has 65gig free, (both are 200gig drives) 5)I am using broadband, with a wireless connection to a computer downstairs. 6) I have a US robotics router/modem, it says "modem model 9106" and U.S.RoboticsSureConnectADSLwirelessGateway" i have also tried the test page, it opens and says "test page was a success" i hope I have answered all you points, if you need to know anything else just let me know.
