LimeWire Launcher Error
 

I have been using LimeWire 4.0.7 for awhile now and I tried to open it and it gave me a LimeWire Launcher Error it says Sorry, LimeWire could not locate a suitable Java Runtime Eviroment. Please download and install one from http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.com

I have download the lastest one from Java Sun the J2SE Runtime Eviroment 2.0 update 1. I am have Windows XP
I have tried everything i can think of, can anyone help me?

Edit: I have uninstalled and reinstall both the LimeWire 4.0.7 and the J2SE and still says LimeWire Launcher Error it says Sorry, LimeWire could not locate a suitable Java Runtime Eviroment. Please download and install one from http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.com

I would suggest you update to latest version of LimeWire 4.8.1 from the "official" LimeWire website.

using 4.8.1 and was using for over two three hours now i go to preview an image and my pc restarts i try to load it and it's a no go limewire won't start anymore i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and still won't load when i click the shortcut anymore :[ i tried to uninstall reboot then reinstall and also still no go :[ any help would be greatly appreciated

hi i just downloaded limewire (THE LATEST VERSION :)) and its saying:
limewire launcher error
limewire was unable to load.
please download and install again.

i click ok and it closes the program.

ive tried reinstalling it 5 or 6 times now and i keep getting the same response.

HELP?
