Licenses for downloaded movies??? :confused: Hi i am not a paid member to Limewire instead i downloaded it for free to try out- and i must say that i love it !!!! I was a faithful Grokster fan before but Limewire has won me over - with audio files!!! But any movies that i download and try to watch with windows media player say that i need to get a license to view - i tried to fill out info and get one but it wont work get error message. Whats up with this ?? Well this topic has been discussed before many times. My suggestion is delete those files as soon as you can. They aren't worth the hassle to get the license, and if you fill out the information to get one they are getting information on you. You can search(upper right) for more information on the subject. Never give any information to anyone that you don't want them to use in court. DivX player will play most but not all files. AVI preview is a good payer too to make sure you have the right file. -----Don't kick holes in the Lifeboat! |
