Deselecting Fails (Ctrl+Mouse) v.4.8.1
 

I just upgraded to Limewire 4.81, and immediately the first thing I noticed is that everything works the same as v4.2.6 except, in the downloads section, I can NO longer DE-SELECT highlighted lines with the Ctrl+leftMouse button anymore. I can SELECT but not DE-SELECT, making it very annoying. The Searches section works fine, and i can select or de-select in that upper window without problem.

I have tested ALL windows, and the only 2 screens that FAIL in Limewire 4.8.1 ARE: downloads, and Library. These two are bugs.

Does anyone else see this problem? Is there any fix for it?

(I'm using the Java 1.4.2_6 that i have been using forever. No change. I hear that version 1.5 causes worse problems for Windows 2000, so I have not upgraded to it. ) Thanks.

I rebooted once.

It functions properly now. (No idea why.)

just a hint mate, if your getting some issues like this commonly (because ive seen many posts that say they rebooted no issues) just try rebooting firstly & if the error persists then place a post, Otherwise your just adding more KBz to a file on a Server (aka Gnutella Forums )
