while installing jre 1.3.1 i get an installation error that says "set up is unable to decompress and copy all of the program files needed to proceed with installation error #112" i find this peculiar because the same archive works fine on another nt machine of mine. ive downloaded the file from numerous sun sites with the same result. also ... ive uncompressed the archive and it complains that the cab files are currupt. "winzip cannot open sys1.cab because it is not in the standard microsoft cab format as defined in mid-1998. the signature bytes required by microsoft cab specs are missing" im wondering if the problem was caused as a result of loading limewire 1.6 and not completely uninstalling version 1.5. now completely removing 1.5 has to be done manually and im thinking there are some dll files lurking about that may be creating havic with my jre 1.3.1 install.
