Please excuse the double post, but I am posting the results of my attempts to fix my Limewire issue.

I tried installing Java 1.5, and I tried pausing *all* of the downloads in my download que, and neither of those worked for me

In the mean time, I went into the Task Manager and set LimeWire's priority to "Low" so that I can still do other tasks while it's running (but the computer is still slow acting).

Any other suggestions guys?
