IF you move the mp3 songs out of your LW downld folder then your playlist won't be able to find them. A playlist is simply a reference to the songs & points the player to where to find them.

Go to LW's Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button & it'll open the folder up for you. This is basically your LW downld folder.

The only reason a playlist won't work from one day to the next is if yo move the audio files from the original location at the time yo made the playlist to the following time you attempt to open that playlist. Else you've deleted them for some reason.

Some hints on playlists here: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=32626 (half way down page.)

You can save a playlist anywhere. But the files you add to the playlist must remain in the same place. It's the files (songs) you add that are the key. If these are moved after you create a playlist then the playlist will not work. eg: I've had songs on a playlist from different partitions such as drive C & G, but saved the playlist to drive F. So long as I don't move those particular songs from drives C & G then the playlist will continue to work.

Remember once you create & save a playlist, that playlist can also be opened by other mp3 programs like winamp, QCD, iTunes, etc.
