How to change the folders name in or add new folder

hey everyone, can anyone help me with changing the names of the foldre or getting a new folder? ok that would be great if anyone knew???

use windows explorer and create a new folder in the location you want. Or find the folder you would like to rename and rename it.

New folders and such

im trying to make folders and rename them but i can t put my downloads into the folders ar rename my folders....
PLEASE HELP!
