Saved 2 Share?

How do I share my programs that I have added to the Saved Folder? I dragged & dropped the programs into the Shared Folder in Explorer, but they are showing in red in the Saved Folder ... I searched for the Saved Folder and couldn't find it ... do I activate the new programs, if yes, how? Or, is there a way to transfer the programs from the Saved Folder into the Shared Folder?
Somebody help please, this is doing my head in!!!

Well, it appears I have solved the problem myself ... all my files that I want to share with others have automatically moved to the correct folder on 'bootup'. (LOLOLOL)
