The traffic on port 137 is entirely Microsoft's fault and has absolutely nothing to do with LimeWire. To get rid off it, deinstall Microsoft Windows and install a real operating system.
You could, however, simply ignore those 10 packets an hour because that's not really threatening. I assume you spend too much time with your "firewall".
