help~lost limewire!!
 

Help! I paid for a year and downloaded and used for a few weeks. I had to refresh my puter cuz it was acting crazy so I reset it to its format it had one month ago! Didn't realize it would uninstall Lime Wire!! Now, my email is not recognized to get support,,,so now what do I do??? Jill

What exactly did you do to your computer? Also, what operating system are you using? Your email is no longer recognized because your subscription has probably run out. You must pay again if you want to continue to use LW Pro (but don't buy again till LW 5.0 comes out...). If you lost your copy of the program that you downloaded you should just get the basic version for now and upgrade when 5.0 is out (if you want to continue supporting LW). Good luck.

I have Windows XP. I performed a restore to a previous time because my computer was running slow and I feared one of my kids had downloaded something that may harm the computer. I restored my computer to one month prior, forgetting that I had subscribed to Lime Wire and paid for one year within the last month. I just did this so there is no reason my subscription should have expired already. I am still in my first month. Suggestions? Thanks, Jill

You could undo the system restore, that might bring it back. You could also try emailling LimeWire tech support. You are paying for it when you get Pro. Good luck.
