Sfc/scannow

Considering running sfc/scannow but just like to know if there are any problems that can occur.If it replaces files possibly been changed by Service Packs and Updates or interfere with settings.

nigel running a sfc /scannow is probably 1 of the best fuctions that XP has i do it about once every mnth just dont forget to have a space after the sfc /scannow (ie)start/run/sfc /scannow then click enter oh! heres a good tip put ur xp disc in the drive first, as quite often it will ask for the disc ...
