HELP! my files sound distorted!
 

hi, i have a problem and i hope someone out there can help. this problem also occured when i was using kazaa and i had to transfer all my downloaded files into real player just to listen to them. i can properly download a file but i will not play right. it sounds distorted, like its jumping around, it's like buffering gone bad. please help! i don't know if i need to download a proper plug in or anything or delete something off my computer! i really would like to listen to my songs! thanks so much!
