my lw isn't letting me download!
 

i have windows xp and use dsl and i have read nothing's wrong with that but when i do a search i either double click, right click then select "download", and/or just select "download" and nothing happens the media won't download

it's happened with more then one media and i don't know what to do:confused:

and it's happened with both lw; the beta 4.9.4 and lw 4.8.1
