I bought Pro version
 
I paid for the pro version, but didn't get it. How do I get the Pro version that I paid for??

If you purchased LW pro, then normally you'll receive an email from customer support with a link to your personal downld page (which you should bookmark when you get it.) You'll normally receive this email within 24-36 hrs after purchase. Weekends may take a little longer.

Following on from what LOTR said, if you did not purchase LW Pro from the official site then you, like the overwhelming majority of newbies, probably went to a scam site, threw your money at them and got a link to LW Basic, i.e. the version that is freely available.

If that is the case then get onto your credit card company or bank and get your money back, the scam site will give you nothing. As happened with so many newbies before you, I bet you are unable establish contact with the site that took your money, that's why you are here.

Gilded_age, don't be another (rip-off) victim, get your money back asap because the longer you leave it the harder it will be. Also, as the scam site now have your payment details, and may decide to plunder your CC or bank account (again, like they've done to other newbies), it would be a good idea to have your account details changed.

Well, I can't do this, because it doesn't have my email address on file, since I don't have the Pro version. But my receipt says I should have the pro version.

This is already not worth the trouble. Can you please tell me how to just cancel the order or refer me to someone who can.

contact your credit card company. they should have a record of the transaction and who you got it from.

When you say "I think" that is an indication to me you probably got it from a scam site, although I may be wrong, but doubt it.
