Cannot get technical support
 

I am a limepro member, have paid and downloaded on my computer, but when I ask for technical help states, my email address is not recognized. I have only one email address, and it is the one I registered with. I cannot figure any other way to contact them for support. Can anyone help thanks. Cindy
