 Computer freeze-up My upgrade from 4.8 to 4.9 Limewire completely freezes my comp when the program starts to load. Unistalled and reinstalled 4.9 twice - same results. Pentium4 - 2.4 gig windows 98 2nd edition lots of space 4.8 was working great  |

 Try uninstalling java in the controll pane and manually reinstalling an earlier version of it 1.4 and see if that helps. Some people have had trouble with 1.5 on 98 machines. The link below has links to both versions of java. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=36420 Later Grandpa |
