i have to agree with et voilà on this. i have seen norton pass up obvious virus's that i have purposely put on my computer and avg will pick them up (such as netbus and subseven etc) but norton never does. i havent tried norton internet security, but if it operates the same way as its AV does, i dont want anything to do with it.

i have done back to back comparisons with the home retail versions against avg, and avg seems to always outdetect and outperform norton.
