 I am running Windows XP with Service pack 2. I am also running Limewire version 4.9.11 I tried deleting the preferences folder and starting up again (I couldnt do the "repair" part since my version is higher than 4.4) and when it asked me to set my preferences again, I couldn't 'click' on anything again. I'm thinking that an older version of Limewire will work fine... is there a place where I can download older versions? [edit] Well, I found an older Limewire version, but of course, it doesn't support the latest Java version, which is the one I have.
