do nt have the "PRO" i paid for!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid for "pro" with my credit card even though I wanted basic, it never gave me a choice. I can't get support for "Pro" because my email is not recognized. This software is slowing down my computer and I don't want it. If someone does not get back to me VERY soon, I will be refuting the charges with my credit card company and contacting the BBB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
