not able to play files - they're black not blue??
 

hi there-

i know this has to be a common problem but i did search for this b/4...couldn't find it.

it seems that of the songs i have downloaded, some work and some don't when i try to play them. when i look at them in explorer (my shared folder) the ones that appear in black text do not work, and those in blue work fine.

how can i fix this?
