able to search, but can't download files
 

LW was functioning quite well until the other day when I found I couldn't download selected files. Settings wer not altered prior to this problem. LW is running through windows XP.
I uninstalled then downloaded and reinstalled LW. I downloaded and installed the latest JavaScript updates, I reset the Windows XP internet connection firewall settings as per the instruction sheet from LW. I reconnected to LW able to search successfully but once again I select a file click the download button nothing happens, I right click the file click the download option nothing goes down to the download window. I rechecked my download option against the library details and they are correct and unchanged.
Has anyone had this problem and how did you overcome the malady.

im getting sick of answering this damn question. i wish people would read their messages before making an assumption. if this is not the problem then i appologize. i wonder what us helpers would do without you people...
