My download speed is 117 kbps
Upload speed is 161 kbps

Now here is where I get confused further.

I just ran the same test again, without changing anything and here are the results.

download speed- 167 kbps
upload speed - 163

My speed tests are always indicating a constantly fluctuating speed.

By the way- at the same time as the tests I have limewire running and it says I am still behind a firewall ...
it says I am unconnected, and is downloading at 2 kbps.
