Saving A Downloaded Song M3u And Not Mp3
 

Please please help me

I am downloading songs off of limewire and when I go to save them it is only givin me the option m3u and not to save them as mp3

Because of this I cannot put them onto phone or n e thing

Is this standard?

I have uninstalled and then re-installed and still the same

I have Windows Xp

AM stuck as to what to do , n e help greatly appreciated

That is 'cose you are tring to save a playlist (look up... "MP3 PLaylist")
Your files are saved on your harddisk by default by LW.

Goto library->saved files->audio and click explore. Now a folder with your files will open. You can move them from here, but if you do so than click refresh in library...

This is reached via "Major topics" at the top of the forum page, where you will find lots of helpful stuff

What you need to be careful about is not moving the song files after you create the playlist. Otherwise the playlist won't work. A playlist is simply a document file with references to the location of the mp3's. If you move the mp3's then the playlist won't be able to find them.
