not reconising my e-mail address for a lime wire pro user

I have downloaded limewire pro and i thought id paid for it - however my e-mail address will not let me download it, how can i get in touch with lime wire to find out if i have paid for it.....

How long ago did you pay? How much did you pay? Do you have any (auto-generated) e-mails from Limewire relating to this?
