Question I have downloaded 1.7, it works I think.

I downloaded 1.7 and it tries to work but will not launch any of the files I downloaded. It appears it is downloading fine but the launch will not work. Help?

Default You need a player

LimeWire does not have its own player 'yet'

You need to d/load a player, there is a choice of players to download in Section 4 of FAQ.. I've tried 3 of them and WinAmp is good.

LimeWire Troubleshooting FAQ

When you d/load a new player, it should associate itself with all your media files automatically.

Good Luck
