| The throttling works for me. You have to realize that this throttle is controlling your upload speed. If you have a cable modem connection with a max upload throughput of 128 kbps that equates to only 16 kB/sec (or roughly 42% on the slider control). So. . .adjusting the slider to 8 kB/sec would share half of your available 128 kbps throughput. Adjusting it to 100% is allowing no more throughput than putting it at 42%. Hope this helps. -- Bryan |
