 A little more Info is needed you have a start but it is still pretty vague. O/S windows 98/2000/XP Ram 256/512/1gig Hard Drive space free Video card Radion 9800/Nvidia/Intel on board LimeWire Version Java Version Connection Type and speed Are you using a router Firewall or walls Anti Virus A good description of your problem. Open Task Manager by holding down Ctrl+Alt then push delete see what is running and how much memory and cpu each program is running especially LimeWire.
