 Roughleggedbuzzard I use a firewall (Norton Personal Firewall 2005) with my LW Pro 4.9.30 and I have not had any speed problems whatsoever. However, I do have a 2MB broadband connection and I regularly get speeds anywhere from 5kbs to 350kbs (perhaps a bit more), depending on whether I'm downloading from a modem or cable client. Mind you, the firewall has be to configured properly to let LW and Java connect to the internet as and when they want to. UK Bob  |
