lost PRO Program

please can tell me how to make contact with Limewire. i've paid for the Pro program,but they've given me the basic only,and now there saying my email is not the one i signed on with. hence i cannot contact anyone..it's very frustrating.

Which site did you purchase from? How much did you pay? Have you recieved a Confirmation E-mail from Limewire?
