Default Limewire opens of start up

I have a problem, that Limewire starts up (not connecting) when I turn on the computer. Have looked through the options, although none allow me to disable this. If anyone can help me out, it'll be appreciated.

Thanks

In LW go to Tools>Options>+Advanced>System Startup> then untick the box that says "Run on System Startup" then click apply. After that it shouldn't run until you start it manually.

Also there's another option for connect on System startup.
In LW Tools>Options>Connections> then tick or untick the box per your preference>click apply.

When you shut LW down, does it start back up by itself? because if it does then it's probably a virus. If not then I don't know

Maybe someone else will have a suggestion.

Another suggestion would be to open the system configuration utility.

On your desktop go to Start>Run>type in "msconfig">ok, then when the Sys Config Utility comes up click on the "startup" tab then look for LW in there and disable it. Be careful you don,t disable the wrong thing.
