What does ....."make Limewire the default magnet link handler" mean?

That means if you want to use magnet links, particularly for downlding, then you set the default magnet handler. Different p2p sharing programs will want to become the default & thus will continually ask you if you swap between p2p programs. eg: How to use Magnet Links
