Windows XP Internet Connection Firewall

Ever since I installed Windows XP and LimeWire 1.7c I've been getting very few uploads. Additionally, the uploads I do get are often repeatedly dropped. I think this has to do with the new Internet Connection Firewall software built into Windows XP. Downloads work flawlessly by the way.

I wish to utilize this new firewall feature in XP, but not lose upload customers since I have so much (over 2000 files) to share with the community.

Previously, I was running Win 2k and using the BlackIce Defender firewall package. With that combination of software I didn't see this problem.

I'm wondering if anyone could tell me what steps I need to take to fix this problem. Under the "Advanced" tab for my Internet connection there is a button labeled "Settings..." that allows you to modify the firewall settings but I'm unsure which settings need tweaked to allow proper LimeWire use. For instance, if you're running a web server this is where you tell the firewall to allow HTTP requests through the firewall.

Any advice/help is appreciated.
