i'm trying to change the music type from mp3 to mpeg or whaterver the other types are. please help

Why would you do that? For what purpose? You'd need a converter. A good one is http://audacity.sourceforge.net/windows.php Audacity as it can convert to other audio formats & you can even edit them (cut out silence for example) or equalise, etc. & it's a free downld.
