W2k Installation Bug
 

I just installed win2k on my machine and tried installing 1.7d and it doesnt let me do it , it spits out error messages and at the end if I keep making it happy by clicking ok it gives me ERROR 1628
and then dies .
I tried restarting, i am doing all this under the admin account, I cleared all other processes restarted, and tried to run the executable, but still NO LUCK, I was really upset.
Any one here help me out?
