Limewire wont start

Not sure this is the right section, but ill post it here.

Ok so im running a windows xp home editions, just so you know.

Everytime i download and install Limewire it wont Opne, it appears on desktop, start programs, but it never opens.
It doesnt NOT appear in the quicklaunch toolbar.

I never had this problem before, as i used limewire plenty of times.

One cause of this might be because i had to clean out my commputer, but after uninstallign then reinstalling it still doesnt not work.
