![]() using windows xp, home, limewire 4.10, brand new lime-pro purchaser here...i am downloading mp4 movies and videos for my new ipod on windows operating, quicktime is my previewer, getting "error -37:a bad filename or volume name was encountered" and "error -2048: the file is not a movie file". Is it me, the file, too early to preview, or what? I marked a couple JUNK, but that may be incorrect. myfleas |

![]() QuickTime player can be great for viewing, but it's not the best program for previewing incomplete files. I'd recommend VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) It would mean you'd need to change the default for opening those files however.
