LW wont work. then locks pc after Exit

LW was working few days ago. Then it stoped. So i got the latest Version. well Now it starts up then it Blank. I can not do anything on. So I Shut Down LW it Freezes my pc up. I uninstalled it and reinstall it. Does the same thing. So I went in Regedit and Got Delet it out of my whole pc. Still does the same. Can Anyone Help me?
