Font problem (picture)

the topic say it all... i got font problem, especially with numbers ( i cant tell the diffrence between 1 and 8 :\ )... i add a picture..

i tried to change my screen resolution and install the latest version of java but it didnt help. its like the font is to small....

please help me :(
