Hi,
Out of nowhere, Limewire freezes up. I can't close it down except by shutting off the computer. Same message at the top of a blank screen "Enabling open information sharing". The program can work fine for 30 mins and then "Bang!". I'm using Limewire Pro 4.923. All scans (AVG, Microsoft Anti-Spyware etc. are negative). Recent installations - Quicktime alternative, Adobe Reader 7. Any suggestions! Thanks, Bluestrooper Ps New to forums. Excuse any kefuffles |

Hi, what I did is to change my shared folder. I have a large library so I changed to a new folder, with less files. The other one causing trouble was about 30 gb!
Now is running smoothly! Last edited by guxt; January 16th, 2006 at 08:25 PM. |
