failed upgrade
 

i have tried to upgrade to limewire pro several times and i keep getting a message saying that the transaction could not be approved but when i rang my financial institution they told me that i had paid for it on each attempt, how do i find out whats going on with my payments?

There should be a telephone number on your CC statement and it is recommended that you use this number to phone Limewire, to sort it out. There are some problems at present with the pro subscriptions, and the fact that LW is working to make the payment system more secure (honestly), and Limewire is working extra hard to sort them out. I do understand the payments are returned in a short time on these occasions, but I'm sorry not to be more specific:)
