100% CPU time (javaw.exe) NOT on skin change

Alright i'll try to explain this clearly. I'm not really seeking for help, just saying what happened to me.

Recently (December 6th or so) I bought a whole computer, here are the specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+
1gb DDR400 Samsung
MSI K8N Neo4-F (nForce 4 chipset, not Ultra or SLI)
250Gb SATA2 16mb buffer HDD
Gigabyte Geforce 6600GT 128Mb
Windows XP Pro w/ legal corporate key

Ok so basicly, I was using lastest version of Frostwire available at the time. Lastest version of Java too.
I wanted however a better video card, and seeing how the X1600XT from Sapphire was cheap in the lite box version I bought it. However I sold my 6600GT just a few days before receiving this one, so I took an X300SE so I could do my things. I formatted, re-installed Windows XP and Frostwire+ lastest Java that I had backed up on another HDD.
Worked well without a problem.
Then I finally received my X1600XT, thrashed that crappy X300SE.
Formatted, re-installed everything, installed jre-1_5_0_06-windows-i586-p.exe, lastest Frostwire available (4.10.3 Beta), damn javaw.exe was now taking 100% of the CPU.
Tried limewire lastest version, no problem.
Tried older Frostwire (4.10.0 Beta), no problem.

So apparently, there's a problem with the lastest beta. Now what, I don't know, just thought you might want to fix it someday.
;)
It might be with the X1600XT only... but well that would be weird.
I'd just like to know if anyone had that same problem.

Greets!
polobunny.

Edit: When I was checking to see if anyone had posted I couldn't find my thread. Sorry I accidentaly in the wrong section, I wanted it to be in the Frostwire one. If anyone can move it, that would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
