How do I put Music downloaded from Limewire into my documents?

I am not very good with computers so you will have to speak basically to me.

I have a new mp3 player but i can only seem to put songs onto it that i already had before limewire. I tried putting a song on it by clicking a song in my library in limewire then clicking enqueue then saving it to my documents and then transferring it to my mp3 but it won't play on my mp3 player. The music however will play from my documents but i might as well play them from limewire. This is frustrating as most of my songs are on limewire. The service has been very good so far this is the first hitch i've come across please help me.

Go to tools>options>saving >save folder (in Limewire) and see where your downloads are going. Then find that folder. The mp3s can be dragged from there to your documents. when you have moved all the files then you could change the save folder to my documents or where ever you want the files and future downloads will go there.

The files that you get in the Limewire library tend to be m3u files which are simply playlist files and cannot be transferred to an mp3 player .

I hope this helps ... (and I have'nt totally confused you:)
