Need more sources

I have been a regular on Limewire pro 4.9.7 for a while now, and am having trouble downloading.

Firstly I am running Windows XP home, plenty of memory, broadband connection and Zone Alarm security and firewall.

I am trying to download a few things at the moment, but keep getting 'need more sources' and when I click it again it says searching for sources but never find any.
Now I undwerstand you can have maybe 2 out of 5 applications saying this, but ANYTHING that I try to download says the same.

I then tried to install the original free version of Limewire again, to see if it helped, but got the error message....

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

Please help me someone, particularly with my first query.
