Community & Options tabs?

In limewire.com/userguide i can see some explanation about the featrures of the commuty and options tabs, but i can't see it in LimeWire 1.8

Well the community tab has been removed (it has never exactly been useful, anyway) and as for the options tab, - you still can start the options from the menu, can't you? At least ICANN.
