firewall problem
 
hey.....i cannot dload or even search anything because of the firewall....although i put it in the list of exceptions it didnt change at all ....how to deactivate it??? Someone pls!!

It might not be your software firewall but might be your modem/router that's the problem. Make sure you have enabled UPnP on your device, or if it doesn't have UPnP abilities, manually forward a port; instructions for all of these are here Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link)

btw..i had my UPnP activated but it didnt change at all.

You haven't told me about your set up & devices & what firewalls you have, but follow the entire page on the link I gave you. Ensure you don't have 2 softw firewalls active. And if your modem does have UPnP already enabled, then perhaps it doesn't work well in UPnP mode. Port forwarding instructions are on the page link I gave earlier.
