At a guess

I'm only guessing at that. Java is a pretty much embedded in quite a few programs that we use. So it may be a software conflict with another program that we have installed or it could go even deeper than that and be a problem with the software that came with a component that was installed. Hell, it may even be a conflict with something in Windows. lol
Not like anyone hasn't seen that problem before. lol
